This is a tutorial on how to download and install Acorp 5vias5. The app enables you to consolidate all your contacts in one place, synchronize them with your database (whatever it may be), and edit contact details like emails, photos, etc. The app works nicely on Android devices and it's available free of cost in the Google Play Store. For this tutorial we will also need the Android SDK kit. Here are the steps for downloading Acorp 5via5s:

1) Install Java (if you don't already have it). As an alternative you can use the Oracle JDK. 2) Download and install Eclipse from http://eclipse.org/downloads/. At the time of this writing, the latest version was 3.6 RC4. You can choose a different IDE to use if you prefer one with a different look and feel, but it should be able to run Android programs in general, not just Acorp 5via5s. The Android SDK is needed only because the Android emulator that comes with the SDK runs Acorp 5via5s faster than a PC emulator can. We will talk more about emulators later on in this tutorial when we will be ready to run Acorp 5via5s on an emulator instead of a real device. 3) Download the Android SDK from https://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html. As an alternative you can use the Java SE SDK (you will need it to generate custom certificates). At the time of this writing, the latest version was android-8.0.0_r1 (API 24). You should download only the core packages under "Required Packages". There are two ways to install Android SDK: The first way is to download Android SDK as an archive and unpack it in a convenient location. This method makes it very easy to uninstall or upgrade later on, but take more space on your hard drive (and if you're short of space this may be a problem). The second way is to download and install Android SDK as a single installer. This method takes less space on your hard drive, but it's more complicated to uninstall or upgrade later on. 4) Open Eclipse and select "File > New > Other..." from the menu. Select "Android Application Project" and click Next. Enter a project name (this name will appear in your Eclipse workspace). Creating a separate project for each of our apps makes them independent from each other and makes it easier to work on them in parallel. You can set the package name (which will be used in our app's code; this is not the same as the package name we will use for publishing our app later on). You can leave the Min SDK Version and Target SDK Version at their default values.
